ORIENTATION TO ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

Catalog Description:
This course is for freshman level students to develop an understanding of and appreciation for the basic elements of electrical engineering.
Some of the less quantitative aspects of engineering such as modeling, design, technical writing and ethics are covered.
The course also introduces the department rules of conduct, faculty members and research areas.

Project
Printed Circuit Board (PCB) for AC to DC conversion: computer aided design, simulation, PCB production.
